Can't complete the local docker setup - Yarn steps complain about missing @redash/viz

Hi, is anyone able to complete the current developer setup steps with the Docker image on their local with WSL?
These instructions here:

At the yarn --frozen-lockfile step I get an error "No registered package found called “@redash/viz” and it exits.
