Hi there, I’m a new employee, and for some strange reason i’m not getting the invite email from the platform to activate my account (the email address is correct). What could potentially be the issue?

Welcome to the forum. This isn’t really a problem with Redash. Likely there’s a problem delivering mail from your company’s mail server to your email address. If the message never delivers they can generate an invitation link using Redash’s API and give it to you directly.
