Hi all,
I am having trouble running an MS SQL query that returns with the error message in the subject line. I have tried upgrading the vCPU and vRAM and have run the SQL query in Microsoft SQL Manager Studio. When I run the query against the DB in MSSMS it comes back in less than a second with no issue. Any advice or help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!
How many records does this query return? Is it only a SELECT
query?

Hi Jesse!
Thanks for reaching out and helping with my issue. It is a SELECT query and it returns 1 row of data.

Thank you. What is the error you receive?
Sorry I should have asked for that first.

How did you install Redash? How much RAM does it have?

16 GiB RAM; another team installed it for me but I access it via browser. What are the different ways it could have been installed? Thanks Jesse!

The answer would be either with Docker or without Docker.
I’m curious if there are any messages in your installations logs that point to a more specific error?
