Connection Test Failed mysql

Issue Summary

I try to connect to remote mysql data base (version: 8.0.16) but an error is returned.
I connected to this data base in a previous version without problem.

• Redash Version:8.0.0-beta (dev)
• Browser/OS: google chrome / linux
• How did you install Redash: docker

This message seems to come from your MariaDB instance. Make sure it has the needed libraries to authenticate.
