I installed from https://redash.io/help/open-source/setup/, created a dashboard, a public link, and embedded a dashboard to the webpage. The dashboard is visible in Mozila but throws an error in Chrome - Frame ancestors error and not showing anything in IE. I came across Frame-ancestors error while displaying in electron but I cannot locate __init file. Have you had this problem?

Welcome to the forum. I think you are right that it is the same error. That post includes a tentative solution:

The __init__.py you need to change can be found here in our repo. It’s exaclty location in your installation depends on where you installed it.
