Currently it shows all queries in a list view with a link to view/execute the query, there is no way to only view the source of query without executing it, adding a simple button for Show Source in query list which will take to the original source of query will solve this problem.

What version are you using?
It won’t execute the query again if you just switch from view mode to source mode.
