I would like to receive email alerts in every 15 minutes which includes the latest results. I know that the query_results_rows contains the results but this format is not transparent. Is it possible to make the format more interpretable?

Alerts aren’t really intended for this purpose. There’s no options for formatting at the moment. Although we certain review a PR implementing this.
