Many times my query params represent a breakdown by user/customer or by type etc. In those cases, I would like to reflect that in the visualization desc, so the user would know what data is s/he looking at.
This is helpful also because the current update status on a big dashboard is not eye-popping to say the least. Some panels update more quickly then others and give the false impression that the rest of the panels are to date.
