Hello,

I’m running v8 in self hosted docker instance, and I have queries with parameters set as text as they are used to do search (using wildcards)
With read only access, is there any way to workaround the “non safe” error when sharing the query/dashboard ?

This is not supported in Redash. To run unrestricted searches, users must be logged-in and have Full-Access to the underlying data source.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I’ve read from @arikfr that it could be something addressed in v9 (text parameter “safe” detection), but cannot find again this thread :frowning:
