Authentication SSL issue about "mysql_clear_password"

I come across an issue when I was using SSL connection to connect MySQL server.

Redash prompts “Authentication plugin ‘mysql_clear_password’ cannot be loaded: plugin not enabled”

Is there any way to enable mysql_clear_password plugin? Thank you.
