When I’m stacking my data series in a bar chart, I’d like to be able to automatically sort them. Dragging them by hand to a new sort order is painful when there are many categories in the series and new ones showing up regularly.
Specifically, I’d like to be able to sort the stack by value so that the largest blocks in the stack are on the bottom, and the smallest blocks in the stack are at the top.
I’m using the paid version of app.redash.io. The “sort Y values” option doesn’t really do anything. Intuitively, I’d expect that to do what I was looking for.
