We may want to fine tune the mysql client configuration.
For example, now we want to create a connection with the --skip-ssl option for special reasons.
But the --skip-ssl option is not what everyone wants.
Therefore, I would like the user to be able to make detailed settings by using the read_default_file option when creating a connection.
