Can you please help me, is there any way to grant dashboard level access to user or group? Basically, we want to grant one dashboard access to one specific group/user.

Also, is it possible to disable query editor view to from one specific group? (basically, the user can only view dashboard and can not do anything)

Dear vikask008
till redash version 4, you should handle user permission by data source and groups.
creating different data sources for a different group and use them for a query.
for example data source a which assigned to group a and all queries in the dashboard used data source as the source.

there is no direct permisiom for dashboards.

by this I handle over 50 people in 8 groups and there is no issue.
