Issue Summary

Is there a way to configure Redash to not have the option to export tables, create public links to dashboards, queries, etc and only allow to share between users in the DB

Technical details:

  • Redash Version: 8.0.0
  • Ubuntu machine
  • How did you install Redash: using the AWS AMI [ami-0d915a031cabac0e0] us-east-1

I don’t think you can disable the public links completely. But if you remove your data source from the Default group then the public share links won’t work. Neither will the API for downloading results.

But, if a user can see the query or dashboard they can also download the results. I don’t know a way around that.
