Hello, when filters are used by a query it’s not possible to “Download filtered CSV” and “Download filtered Excel” because the button is disable.
Could you please tell me if there is some solutions?

This is because filters are part of the javascript front-end, and not part of the back-end. The only option here would be to use Query Parameters instead.
