Hi,
Need help in opening Embed URL as popup. Currently in Redash 4 we have configured the table data to display as link and passing the column parameter to next query to display related information. Currently its opening in different page. can we open as pop up window?

How can we open page2/redirected page in a pop up window in same page without any impact to the first page.

This isn’t a feature in Redash V4. But in the latest release (V8) there is the option to open links in a new tab. Have you considered upgrading?

yes explored this feature in Redash7. But would like to know instead of opening in new tab whether we can open as a pop up window. like onclick window.open() function used

This isn’t on the internal development timeline. But it seems straightforward to add. We’d certainly review a pull request for it.
