Fail upgrade to 4.0

Hi,

what this is: ‘Can not locate wrapped file’, in migration ‘env.py’ the version 3.0 to 4.0. I’m using bitnami version.

Commands fail:

cd /opt/bitnami/apps/redash/htdocs
. venv/bin/activate
./bin/run python migrations/new_migrations.py

I’m sorry but the upgrade script is not compatible with Bitnami’s instances. I’ve added a note about this to the upgrade guide.
