It will be possible to include current value in the alert message with the “Notification Template” feature. Here’s the PR https://github.com/getredash/redash/pull/4170/
Will be available in the upcoming Redash v9 release.

A release date has not been set.
If you run Redash locally, you always have the option of upgrading to the master branch in which the feature is already available.
