How to solve 'rootUrl' error?

Hello, I have the following error when using Google Analytics data source query : "Error running query : ‘rootUrl’
When I try to connect Google Analytics with redash again, but same message is appeared.
Does anyone know this error?

What steps did you follow when connecting to Google Analytics?

Looks like a problem with your service account configuration in the google console.

there seems to be other people having problems with the cache (myself included).
This solved the problem for me (not sure what your setup is like)
