I invited a group of my colleagues to Redash using the add new users option. All users look added from my view but nobody received the invitation email. Any ideas of what might have gone wrong here?

It’s hard to know what happened without details on your setup. But I would make sure that you have email setup for the Redash server and that it’s working properly.
