Issue Summary
I’m trying to setup SAML for the self hosted version of redash, reading this link
https://redash.io/help/user-guide/users/authentication-options I’m not able to find the settings tab under the settings button (which looks like a cog) in our app.
How would I go about setting up SAML in self hosted Redash 3? Thank you, Joyce

- Redash Version: 3
- Browser/OS: Ubuntu
- How did you install Redash: docker image on AWS
OK, I see now, that we can do so by passing in values to the correct environment variables.
