Hi,

we are using redash and I want to share a dashboard to a person without a redash account.

I allowed public access, but when the person without a redash account wants to open the dashboard in browser, he only gets an error:

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

  • Redash Version: 8.0.0+b32245 (a16f551e)
  • Browser/OS: Firefox or Chrome
  • How did you install Redash: my CTO did it :slight_smile:

Check your group permissions settings. Does the default group have access to all the data sources used on this dashboard?
