We saw sometimes users can’t schedule the queries. When they click the “Never” link to schedule, nothing happens.
We are not able to find the root cause of this access issue.
There’s not enough information here to help debug. Do you see anything in your logs? Have you tried restarting your Redash containers? Do you see console errors in the javascript when trying to change the schedule?
Let me try debugging but as a rule, every author should be able to schedule the query. Is that true?
