The CORS support for the apis are limited to Query API. Other API doesnt have CORS support.
If I raise a PR to add CORS support for more APIS following existing pattern, Will that be considered?
Is there any decision not to go with not adding CORS to many APIs?

By all means open a PR. We’ve been spotty about reviewing PR’s for a few months. But the we’re preparing to re-launch the effort in the coming weeks.
