We have more than 200 users using our Self Hosted Redash and sometimes a day our queue its so big that takes more than 30 minutes to run a query, how to tune this queue to execute more querys at the sametime?

You haven’t said which version of Redash you use or how you set it up. But you can help the concurrency by increasing the WORKERS_COUNT environment variable.
