Running “docker-compose up -d” after updating /opt/redash/env file gives me the error:

Couldn’t connect to Docker daemon at http://:5000- is it running?

If it’s at a non-standard location, specify the URL with the DOCKER_HOST environment variable.

DOCKER_HOST has been set to the IP of the AWS Instance being used for the same purpose.
