Hi:
I takes a screenshot of a visualization (using selenium + firefox).But failed when i run script.
The logs is shown as follow:

I remember the script run ok two week ago,but it is failed now!

Sounds like an issue with your Selenium configuration. Not Redash.

You can check out our implementation of the same behavior here for reference. Not much else we can do.
