Setting up a Redash Instance -Self hosted on Azure

Looking for self-hosted Redash Instance setup on Azure.

I’m able to get the Logon page, but unable to logon. What should be the username and password.

On first login you should be prompted to created an admin account. Did this not happen? What steps have you followed so far?
