Timing of Redash 8.0 Release?

Hello,

We’re excited to take advantage of some of the new features in our self-hosted Redash implementation. Does anyone know the expected timing of when that will be released / available?

It seems that the hosted version is on an 8.0 beta, but I wasn’t sure of the typical lag between that and RC or final version for the self-hosted folks.

Hi,

We had one build of the beta and found two issues in it (one with Celery, another with MySQL), so decided not to announce and just have another build.

Next build will probably be around next week. While it’s going to be labeled beta as well, they are stable.
