Unable to Connect to MySQL Server (AWS RDS)

I am trying to connect to our MySQL Server database which is on AWS using ReDash (not self hosted).

I am using Redash for the first time and trying yo do a POC to see if it suits our organization needs.

Source connection says Success, but I don’t see any tables in the source in Redash. also when executing the simple sql, facing below error.

Error running query: (2006, “Can’t connect to MySQL server on ‘X.XX.X.XX’ (110)”)

We usually use SSH to connect to our Mysql database and I donot see any option to connect using SSH while creating the source connection.

Could someone help?
