is not working because this api response has empty download_url.

I forgot to mention this in the final version release post, but we mentioned it before:
Please note that starting from this release we’re no longer build the tarball version of a release – only Docker images. This of course doesn’t prevent you from deploying Redash anyway you want.
I will add this to the legacy upgrade instructions to prevent further confusion.
