I would like to know about Query Results Count Unused Query Results Count in System Status. Are these related to performance? Can we increase it?

It’s a simple counter of how many query results in your system were retrieved more than seven days ago.

Just to clarify: retrieved more than 7 days ago & not referenced by any saved query.
