Why doesn't Redash do it in Java?

i think it’s hard for Python to do the Web, and package dependencies are hard to manage。。。。

Maybe you can develop one in Java

Redash is part of Databricks now which runs heavily in scala. Who knows, maybe a rewrite is on the horizon
